What Triply is
Triply is a directory. We list New Zealand holiday rentals and link you to the host so you can book with them directly. We are not a party to any booking. We do not take payment, hold deposits, or act as an agent for either the guest or the host.
Bookings are between you and the host
Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund or dispute is a matter between you and the host. The host’s own terms apply. If something goes wrong with a stay, you will need to resolve it with the host.
Accuracy of listings
Listing details, photographs, availability and prices come from hosts and from the platforms they use. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee that everything is current or accurate. Always confirm the details with the host before you book.
For hosts
By listing with us you confirm that you have the right to let the property, that the information and photographs you give us are accurate and yours to use, and that you will keep your listing up to date. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
Removing a listing
We may edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including where it is inaccurate, unlawful, or where we are asked to by the person who owns the content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triply is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any stay you book through a host you found here. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
